Title: President and CEO
Self Description : Loyal, dedicated father and family man,
fun loving and adventurous.
Most Adventurous Activity: Extreme dune buggying, quad
riding and boating constitute my most adventurous activities, but
each day I wake up there is always an adventure ahead of me.
Personal Motto: "Be who you are and do what you say"
Favorite Leisure activities: Favorite leisure activities
going on walks with my wife relaxing in the sun at the river.
Person Most Admired & Why: I have lots of role models
however the person I admired most was my dad for instilling in me
my work ethic and sound principals to live by.
Personality trait most important professionally: Most important
personality traits to me, professionally are honesty, integrity
and punctuality.
Best Part of Work: Best part of work is seeing a job through
to completion and witnessing the pride in my employees for a job
well done.
Years in the Industry: Started my first business, JNT Cleaning
specialist in June 1971, founded McKowski's Maintenance Systems,
Inc. together with my partner and best friend Gary Olkowski in June
1979. I have 36 years in the industry.

Most Adventurous Activity: Bungee jumping off a bridge
and out of a hot air balloon.
Personal Motto: “The combination of hard work and
quality of work goes a long way.”
Favorite Leisure activities: Playing baseball and coaching
my daughter’s baseball team.
Person Most Admired & Why: The person I admire most
is my mom for all her unconditional love and support. My mom taught
me to be a strong person. She is the reason I am here and the reason
I am who I am today.
Personality trait most important professionally: Integrity.
Let’s work on the solution and not the problem.
Best Part of Work: Problem solving, trouble shooting and
organizing.

Zuffinetti
Title: Director of Operations
Self Description: I am extremely loyal. I believe in honesty
and integrity in every aspect of my life. I strive daily to be a
positive role model for those around me. I am a strong problem solver,
and enjoy thinking "out of the box" to come up with some
unexpected solutions. While I am pretty shy, I do enjoy working
with different people, as it accelerates my growth both personally
and professionally. I am extremely hard working and motivated to
make great things happen in my life.
Most Adventurous Activity: This one is tough, honestly,
I am not that adventurous. I once tried to conquer my fear of heights
by bungee jumping. Let me tell you, never again! Once was enough
for me. That was probably the most adventurous activity that I have
attempted.
Personal Motto: "I long to accomplish a great and
noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as
though they were great and noble. The world is moved along not only
by the mighty shoves of its heroes but also by the aggregate of
the tiny pushes of each honest worker. " ~ Helen Keller
Favorite Leisure activities: I am an avid amateur nature
photographer. I love to fly stunt kites. I host frequent dinner
parties as an avenue to socialize with my friends and family. I
also enjoy home improvement projects with my spouse, though I am
probably not that good at them. I love to see the completed project
and to be able to appreciate the effort that went in to it.
Person Most Admired & Why: The people that I have admired
the most throughout my life have been my grandparents. My grandma
was the epitome of strength and grace. She was (and probably always
will be) the strongest woman I have ever met. I admire my grandpa
because of his dedication to our country. Without finishing high
school, he enlisted in the Navy in order to fight in World War II.
He went on to also fight in the Korean and Vietnam wars, and proudly
served our country as a Lieutenant Commander.
Personality trait most important professionally: Honesty
and integrity. Further, I believe that it is imperative to treat
people with courtesy and respect. You get what you give!
Best Part of Work: I love the people that I work with.
We all share a vision to make this company the very best that it
can be, and with that thought process, we all push each other to
stretch and grow professionally. I also like that my job offers
unique challenges which allows me to think of creative solutions.
Years in the Industry: Prior to accepting the position
with McKowski's, I worked as a property manager for the last 10
years. While I haven't been in this industry for very long, my past
work experience has brought a needed skill set to the table.

Title: HR, Office Manager
Self Description: Loyal, energetic, compassionate and precise.
Most Adventurous Activity: Joined the Army and completed
Basic Training and AIT programs, served 9 months active duty and
received an honorable discharge.
Personal Motto: “If you can’t say anything
nice then don’t say anything at all.”
Favorite Leisure activities: Going to “Live”
local original and cover band shows, Concerts. I love music. Watching
my boys perform daring skateboard tricks and watching their soccer
games, playing with my daughter and going to the gym.
Person Most Admired & Why: The person I admire most
is my grandfather. He was a remarkable man who served his country
and retired from the United States Navy as an Honored Navy Pilot,
Lt. Cmdr. He has been married to my grandmother for over 60 years
and has been such an example to me of what the word LOVE truly means.
He would never harm anybody in any way. The coolest thing about
him that I ever saw was when we were walking on the Navy Base and
a soldier went to walk by him without saluting, he stopped the soldier
and had a word with him about “Respect”. The soldier
quickly saluted my grandfather out of respect. That moment left
a lasting impression in my mind and I will always remember how gentle,
yet strong, my grandfather was. He was the definition of what a
true man of integrity looks like.
Personality trait most important professionally: Integrity.
No blame pointing, let’s find the solution.
Best Part of Work: Putting in a good day, working together
as a team and making things happen. Accounting, I find it very rewarding
when I am working with the books and find that I am reconciled to
the penny!!!

Person Most Admired & Why: Kim Rundle because of her
unselfish dedication to helping the animals at her shelter in Sun
City that she now owns and operates. Where she came from and where
she is now is truly an accomplishment to be admired.

and personable while maintaining a level of professionalism that
represents McKowski's in a positive light.
Best Part of Work: I feel the best part of work is the
personal satisfaction I get from a job well done by my crew and
myself.
